Little Hummingbird Events offer a variety of different market and event options. From indoor markets to outdoor, festivals and fairs and everything in between, we can cater for whatever type of market, party, conference, or event you need.
Traditionally operating markets in the South Yorkshire area, we have found our niche in committing to ensure that each event is planned with precision and of course following all relevant guidelines and safety measures.
MARKETS
Whatever kind of venue you are, from a country home to a shopping centre, or even a farm with plenty of space – we can host an artisan, craft, food and makers market (if the conditions are right). You may have a great venue but want to increase footfall and invite another revenue stream into your business. Hosting events like this can make a huge difference to your business and really put your venue on the map!
We work inside huge spaces with markets from 40 -100 stalls and outdoors with unlimited numbers. Traders at our outdoor markets usually require their own full outdoor set up which traditionally consists of : 3m x 3m commercial gazebo with weights, tables, chairs and products. Inside markets can do away with the need for this set up and simply would include tables/chairs if available, or we ask traders to bring their own.
We love to work with local towns and councils on regenerative programmes to bring extra audiences to the site, to increase public interest, support local and small independent business and promote new business. We are passionate about helping new, and small business to get on their feet and show them the market trader ropes – everyone has to start somewhere and it can of course be a daunting task.

An unforgetable event requires detailed planning whatever the size of your budget. Even the smallest of events can be organised at your own home, or larger events at big venues. Our service is truly bespoke and is literally whatever you want within a budget you want. No fancy hidden extras, no secret clauses for additional charges, just simple planning to give you the event you want.

Our experience in planning events across South Yorkshire and further afield has seen us produce extraordiary events including weddings, garden parties, private events and celebrations and corporate events – all delivered through meticulous planning and creativity.
